Question

A 7-year-old child experienced normal digestion after dinner but later in the night vomited, accompanied by an unpleasant smell, seemingly due to food spoilage. The amount of vomiting was significant, and on the third day, diarrhea began, occurring sporadically, generally one to two times a day. The child has previously been treated with medications such as Simeta and Changfu Kang, which provided short-term improvement but soon relapse (relapsed). Is there a risk of developing enteritis if this continues long-term? I am looking forward to some treatment suggestions.
