Common symptoms of children with cerebral palsy include intellectual disability, abnormal joint development, speech disorders, and limb weakness. More than 2/3 of patients have delayed intellectual development, and 1/4 have severe intellectual disability. Common lower limb deformities include pelvic obliquity, hip dysplasia, and hip joint dislocation.
