How do I handle a 11-month-old baby’s fever, cough, and sore throat?

The baby has had a cold for four days now. On the first day, they took antiviral oral liquid and Anruike, but the fever did not subside, ranging between 38-39 degrees Celsius. On the third day, they started taking Roxithromycin dispersible tablets in addition to physical cooling measures, and the fever subsided. The highest fever on the third day was 38 degrees Celsius, which was reduced to 37 degrees after taking medication and physical cooling. Now, the baby cries every time they cough as if their throat is sore. Is Roxithromycin very harsh on the stomach? After taking it, the baby vomits dryly, so I crushed it into a powder and gave it with water. The instructions say that taking the whole tablet is better for effectiveness; is that true? Are there any other anti-inflammatory medicines that are gentler on the gastrointestinal system than Roxithromycin? The baby is currently taking Roxithromycin, and I am worried about its impact on her stomach. Can I switch to a different medicine? Thank you.
