A small pouch has appeared under my child’s eyelid, resembling the symptoms of granuloma or fibroma. This condition had occurred once before, and the child had already undergone a minor surgery to have it removed. However, recently, there has been a slight bulge in the same area again, which is quite concerning. How can this problem be permanently cured? I would greatly appreciate any advice from the doctor.
