Question

A child fell from a bed about half a meter high and experienced vomiting symptoms the next morning. The child did not go to the hospital for treatment. Could this be due to a brain injury?

Answer

When a brain injury results in bleeding, it is usually accompanied by significant headache and severe vomiting. If there was a head injury at the time, these symptoms should be closely monitored. If the symptoms subside, an immediate CT scan may not be necessary. I hope this advice is helpful to you, and wish you health!
