This could be a sign of milk tooth decay. The white chalky areas indicate enamel demineralization. After enamel demineralization, it becomes loose and brittle, and the yellow parts show that the enamel has scarred and exposed the dentin. You should take your child to the hospital for a filling, and in the meantime, be careful to avoid sugary drinks and help your child brush their teeth regularly.
