Yesterday, my baby didn’t have diarrhea the whole day and had a body temperature of 36.1 degrees. This morning, they received the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine. Around 3:30 PM, their body temperature rose to 39 degrees, and they started having diarrhea, passing yellow, watery, smelly stool with an egg-like odor. At around 6:30 PM, they had a second bowel movement with an acidic smell, normal shape, and no water content. They occasionally had clear nasal discharge in the evening. Around 10:50 PM, they vomited once in their sleep. Throughout the day, their spirit and appetite were good. What could be wrong with my baby?
