Why do my baby’s cheeks have many red dots? The calamine lotion and eczema cream haven’t worked, and washing with mugwort leaves hasn’t improved the situation either. There are no red dots on other parts of the body.

The baby’s facial skin primarily presents as eczema or dermatitis. If it recurs frequently, it is recommended to undergo an allergen test (food intolerance).
