Question

The baby has been supplemented with calcium for 2 months. Do we still need to continue supplementing? I’ve read online that excessive supplementation can lead to poisoning, is this true? We are breastfeeding exclusively, and have been taking Rondal Calcium for a month, do we still need to continue supplementing?

Answer

It is recommended that children from half a month after birth to 6 months, even up to 1 year old, take one vitamin AD capsule daily to promote calcium absorption. This stage of children grow and develop rapidly. Rondal Calcium can also be consumed.
