Question
The child has been crying and fussing a lot recently, and doesn’t eat much. How much rice noodles should the baby eat every day?
Answer
When eating rice noodles, it’s best not to add too many ingredients (soup or others) and to use one type per day. Start with a thinner consistency and gradually thicken it after a few days of adaptation. Additionally, only the yolk of the egg should be given to the baby, and the egg white can only be served after 10 months. Starting from around four months, complementary foods can be introduced, and the baby should now be able to accept a variety of foods. Carrots are nutritious, but for a baby of this age, a wider variety of food is better, as it benefits both nutritional balance and helps the baby develop good eating habits that don’t involve pickiness.
