Question

My child has been crying and fussing a lot lately, and doesn’t eat much. When do boys’ genitals start to develop?

Answer

Boys’ genitals mainly begin to develop after the age of twelve or thirteen, with little change between the ages of three to four and ten. Many boys have small-looking genitals, especially some overweight children who have more fat on the upper part of the penis, but when touched, the size of the penis is still normal.
