A subependymal hemorrhage on the left side is not in the brain substance and has little impact. It can be observed and will gradually absorb. It’s a normal stretch reflex, and we should observe the movement of limbs, facial color, eye movement, and mental state. Vomiting is common in newborns and is generally physiological; it’s not jet-like vomiting. The upper part of the stomach valve is underdeveloped and will improve as they grow older. Lying on their side is recommended to prevent choking. Phenylalanine levels of 1.67 can be rechecked, and there may be errors in the test results.
