Question

How can you tell if a baby has entered a deep sleep state?

Answer

To determine if a baby has entered a deep sleep state, observe their breathing and body reactions. When a baby is in deep sleep, their breathing becomes regular, and they remain still, not waking up even with gentle touches. Conversely, when a baby is in light sleep, their limbs may move occasionally, and their eyelids may flutter open and close, sometimes even crying out suddenly and then stopping. These are normal phenomena and usually do not require special treatment. Simply ensuring the baby drinks plenty of water and reduces activity should lead to these reactions disappearing within 1 to 2 days. Additionally, after vaccination, it’s also possible for the baby to develop other diseases occasionally.
