Question
What should I do if my baby has phlegm in their throat?
Answer
If your baby has phlegm in their throat, it’s often due to a cold that follows catching a chill. You can use ginger water to help expel the cold from your child. Make sure they drink plenty of warm water. Hold your baby upright and gently pat their back from the bottom up in a bowl shape to assist in expelling the phlegm.
