Hello, if your baby has cough with phlegm, it may be caused by bronchitis due to a cold. You can give them children’s cough syrup, Bishouping, and combine it with treatments such as azithromycin or amoxicillin as antibiotics. In the meantime, you can give them some Rock sugar pear juice (honey pear juice) or Sichuan Scallop Stewed with Sydney (Chuanbei stewed pear), which can also be very effective in relieving coughs with phlegm. Please note to ensure they drink plenty of water, stay warm, and avoid catching a cold.
