Question
Is it good for a baby to drink formula milk?
Answer
Breastfeeding is still the best, and it’s recommended that nursing mothers consume nutrient-rich foods such as pork, lean meat, chicken, beef, fish, and prenatal formula milk, and drink plenty of soup to produce more breast milk for the baby. Of course, if there’s truly not enough breast milk, it’s essential to add formula milk because a child under one year old should primarily consume milk; otherwise, their growth and development may be affected. Never let a child under one eat too much complementary food, as this can lead to insufficient protein supply.
