Question

What is the clinical presentation of GHD, and I would like to know more about it.

Answer

The clinical presentations of children with GHD include short stature, normal or slightly elevated weight, mild central adiposity, and slow growth rate. For children under 3 years old, the annual growth rate should be less than 7cm; for children aged 3 to adolescence, the annual growth rate should be less than 4-5cm; and for adolescents, the annual growth rate should be less than 5.5-6.0cm, all of which are considered slow growth.
