How to clean a newborn’s earwax?

Before the baby goes to sleep, drop 1-2 drops of ear medicine into the baby’s ear. Let the baby lie on their side with the healthy ear down and the problematic ear up. Maintain this position for 2 minutes, then insert a disinfected cotton ball earplug into the problematic ear. Remove it the next day; the earwax may stick to the earplug and be removed along with it.
