Question

Hello! Thank you for your response! However, I would like to ask you, my child has received three doses of immunoglobulin therapy now! (One dose per day) She seems okay, but she cried at 6 AM today! Her eyes were closed, and she had difficulty moving her hands! In the past few days, my child has produced very little urine, but before coming to the hospital, she produced a lot. Now, it’s almost none! There is only a little when she is receiving intravenous fluids! So I found a doctor, and the doctor gave her a small injection (furosemide), but her eyes are still slightly closed! However, the urine test was normal! She is still eating normally!

Answer

Children have weaker immune systems and are prone to pediatric urological issues. Parents should not panic and should take their children to a tertiary hospital for immediate examination and treatment. Also, it is important to conduct routine checks and follow the doctor’s advice on treatment.
