MMF (Mycophenolate Mofetil) is initially administered at 0.5g, 2/d, and the dosage is increased based on blood drug concentration to 1.5 to 2.0g/d, continuing for six months. The maintenance dosage is 0.75 to 1g per day, with a total treatment course of two years.
