The baby’s condition may be related to calcium deficiency, and it’s best to have blood tests to check for trace elements to confirm. Babies should start calcium supplementation from one month old and continue until they are 2 or 3 years old. It’s also possible that the baby hasn’t eaten enough; you can express your own milk to see if it’s enough for this age group. If not, consider adding formula milk. Generally, well-fed babies have feedings every 2 to 3 hours.
