The child has been coughing for several days due to enlarged tonsils and is currently taking medication, which has improved their condition significantly. However, after taking the medicine and going out to play for a while, the child suddenly said that their right chest (chest area) hurts. The child is in good spirits and has never had this before. Do they need to go to the hospital for a thorough check-up? The child is currently taking Azythromycin syrup, Pudendal Blue oral liquid, and Loratadine.

From the description of your baby’s condition, it may just be that the coughing has caused severe vibration pain in the chest. I suggest drinking more water and avoiding spicy and irritating foods. Since children are younger, they may not be able to accurately express their symptoms. As long as the child is in good spirits and there are no other symptoms, there should be no major problems. I recommend continuing to observe, keeping warm, and giving the child more warm water to drink.
