At seven months old, a baby can be fed three times a day for dinner, with the rest of the time given some formula milk. In terms of food, it should be diverse, not missing out on meat. On nice days, take the baby outdoors for some sunshine, and you can give them some babyJianpi San (a traditional Chinese medicine for strengthening the spleen) as well. Formula milk and complementary foods should be separated by two hours. If breastfeeding is the main source of nutrition, then other foods can be introduced as well.
