The influenza vaccine is not suitable for the following groups of people: 1) Those allergic to eggs or any other ingredients in the vaccine; 2) Those with acute diseases, severe chronic diseases, or acute exacerbations of chronic diseases; 3) Those with fever or feverishness; 4) Patients with Guillain-Barré syndrome; 5) Patients with uncontrolled epilepsy and other progressive neurological diseases; 6) Those with severe allergic constitution or allergic to gentamicin sulfate; 7) Those under the age of 3 years; 8) Other individuals deemed unsuitable for vaccination by a physician.
