Question

My baby is 2 years and 10 days old. They have always spoken well and even sing children’s songs. Suddenly, they’ve started to stutter a bit, like they have to repeat words several times. What’s going on?

Answer

If they spoke well before and suddenly started to do so again, could it be that the child is deliberately imitating? Are there any such speakers at home? Or could it be that adults have been scolding the child. I suggest you first observe carefully, spend more time with the child, and communicate more with them. Don’t scold the child. Encourage them more, and observe closely again. If they were doing well before, they should be able to correct it.
