My baby is now six and a half months old and still has bowel movements two to three times a day, sometimes up to four or five times. He sometimes spits up milk. A month ago, he only had bowel movements every four or five days, and the stool was very smelly, similar to that of an older child. Now, it’s not smelly and he has bowel movements two to three times a day, sometimes four or five times. I’m not sure if this is normal.
