A 10-week-old child has undergone various hospital checks, which are all normal. The only issue is Helicobacter pylori infection. The child is taking Amoxicillin, Zolepid, and Vitamin B6. The child has occasional pain in the lower abdomen for the past few days, feels like vomiting but hasn’t actually vomited yet. Why?

This situation still requires observation, as it could be due to many adverse reactions caused by the medication. Therefore, my suggestion is to stop taking the medication for 2 to 3 days if possible, as it might be caused by intestinal spasm. Most of the time, everything will be fine.
