Does it look normal for my son’s little penis to be shaped like an arrow? Is the larger part the glans? My newborn is 40 days old. When I was feeding him at 18 days, I accidentally pulled on his little penis too hard, and it swelled up later. After a few days, the swelling went down, but it looks like this now. Could this be related to me pulling on it? Could I have pulled off the frenulum? Would the glans be a bit swollen?
