Question
My son is one year old and recently doesn’t like drinking formula. He can only drink 150 milliliters each time and only drinks every three hours. Is this normal?
Answer
After the baby turns one, it should start introducing solid foods. A decrease in milk consumption at this stage may be a normal part of growth, but could also be caused by other factors. First, check if the baby has symptoms of a cold or oral problems such as mouth ulcers or gum pain. If the baby’s mood is good, there’s no need to worry too much, but close observation is still necessary.
