Question
Can microdilation be cured?
Answer
After the cerebral membrane perforation, the cerebrospinal fluid has been basically restored through lumbar puncture treatment, but the brain CT still shows mild ventricular enlargement. Concerns arise regarding what assistance can be provided to treat this condition. Extended Information: Ventriculomegaly may indicate an obstruction in the cerebrospinal fluid circulation, caused by conditions such as congenital aqueductal stenosis, brain tumor obstruction, or fibrosis due to meningitis caused by syphilis or hookworm infection during embryonic development. Severe ventriculomegaly may lead to symptoms such as dizziness and vomiting. The term “nucleus” refers to Naboth’s cyst, which typically does not require treatment, but if the cyst is large, needle aspiration drainage can be performed.
