My child has a high fever with clear nose discharge, and they rarely cough during the day. However, they seem to breathe unevenly and cough a few times when waking up from their afternoon nap. On January 10, 2010, they experienced similar symptoms, and the previous treatment situation and outcomes were as follows: taking medication between 11 am and 12 pm each day, and still having a fever in the afternoon after coming home, and the same after taking medication at night.
