Question
How to determine if a newborn has pediatric dementia?
Answer
Pediatric dementia, also known as idiocy, is a disease characterized by intellectual disability, resulting from either congenital deficiencies or postnatal maladjustment. It may have a family history of hereditary diseases, or the mother may have been exposed to infectious toxins during pregnancy, radiation, alcohol consumption, or the use of harmful drugs to the fetus. The child may have had cranial brain damage, intracranial hemorrhage, or failed to cry at birth during labor. After birth, the child may have suffered from cranial brain diseases (such as spring fever, epilepsy, etc.), had a history of cranial brain trauma, convulsions, or been poisoned by certain drugs and substances. The child’s growth and development in terms of movement and language are significantly delayed, and they may face difficulties in learning and intellectual disabilities.
