Question

What’s the matter with newborns having unequal eye sizes?

Answer

When the baby was born, one eye was not fully open, and later it appeared significantly smaller. Since the baby is small, a consultation has not yet been scheduled. Personally, I feel that the child’s vision seems normal; it’s just that the outline of one eye is smaller. The size of the eye ball is normal; it’s just the outer skin outline of the eye that is smaller.
