What are the manifestations of neonatal cerebral palsy?

Hello! Neonatal cerebral palsy may present with the following symptoms:
- Difficulty with breastfeeding, such as not being able to suck, weak suction, or refusal to nurse, followed by fatigue and weakness after feeding, appearing overly calm, with soft crying sounds or persistent crying.
- Reduced spontaneous movement, low muscle tone, the whole body is soft and in a state of weakness.
- Manifestations of the whole body becoming rigid, frequent thrashing, increased muscle tone, often escaping from the cradle, head back flexion, sometimes tilting the head to one side, both lower limbs extended rigidly.
- Easy to be startled, have seizures, scream, or be restless.
- Abnormal posture, such as inwardly flexed and rotated upper limbs, hands clenched into fists.
