My baby is three and a half months old. She seems to dislike standing up. As soon as I put her down, she gets very excited. She grabs my hands, and together we push her up so she can stand on her own, which makes her very happy and excited.

Usually, babies start learning to stand around 9 months old. Before that, they can do spinning movements but not true standing. Even if a baby is 9 months old before she learns to crawl, it’s not necessarily the right time to start learning to stand. After she learns to crawl, she will naturally move on to the standing and walking phase.
