Albendazole granules should be dissolved in warm water and ideally taken on an empty stomach. This medication is used to treat worm infections and pinworm infections. For children and adults over 2 years old, the recommended dose is 4 packets per dose. For children over 2 years old with simple pinworm infections or mild worm infections, the recommended dose is 2 packets per dose, to be taken all at once.
