Question

What are the causes of vascular anomalies?

Answer

During the early stages of embryonic development (8-12 months), the embryonic union may encounter mechanical damage. After the regional union breaks the skin, some recovered stem cells may align with other embryonic characteristic cells, among which a small portion will split to obtain vascular-like unions and eventually form vascular anomalies. Additionally, during the process of embryonic growth and development, especially during the early stage of vascular union division, due to the recurrence of small-scale misconfiguration in its inhibitory gene segment, the division of specific areas becomes abnormal, leading to the expansion and formation of vascular anomalies.
