My child has diarrhea, and I’m not sure what medication to give or what foods are suitable. Could someone knowledgeable please inform me? Should we only eat soft foods, and is meat not allowed? Could an expert explain this to me?

Carrot Puree: Take a sufficient amount of fresh carrots, wash and chop them, then cook or steam until soft. Remove the carrots and mash them with a spoon, adding just a small amount of the water used to cook the carrots. Set aside some of the carrot cooking water for later use. Note: Do not add sugar to the carrot puree to avoid alleviating nausea and vomiting. When consuming, mix 5 to 10 grams of carrot puree with 100 milliliters of carrot water. This method has a significant effect when treating infant and pediatric diarrhea. Charred Rice Porridge: Take a sufficient amount of millet, grind it into powder, and cook in a pot over low heat until slightly yellow. When serving, mix the charred rice powder with an adequate amount of water and sugar to form a porridge, let it cool slightly, and then consume it. Take this mixture 2 to 3 times a day on average.
