This is a case of secondary epilepsy, often a sequelae of brain abscess surgery. Treatment options include surgical treatment and laser therapy. Laser therapy can be curative, as well as medication. Medication dosage is adjusted gradually based on clinical presentation until symptoms are under control. As of now, radiofrequency ablation therapy can be considered.
