Question

What is baby growth pain?

Answer

Growth pain, also known as growing pains, is a sensation of pain caused by the rapid growth of muscles and tendons in children. This pain usually occurs on the front side of the thigh and around the knee, and children may be more sensitive at night, which may be related to excessive physical activity or fatigue during the day. Growth pain is not a disease but a normal part of the growth process for children. According to statistics, about one quarter of children experience growth pain, most commonly occurring between the ages of 3 to 5 and 8 to 12. As children grow older and reach the end of their growth phase, this pain usually disappears on its own.
