Question
How to treat pediatric enuresis?
Answer
Pediatric enuresis, also known as bedwetting, is an involuntary nighttime bowel movement. Bladder training can be employed to shorten the interval between urination during the day, gradually reducing it from every 1/2 to 1 hour to every 3 to 4 hours to increase bladder capacity. Prevent children from playing stimulating games or watching animated films before their afternoon nap. It’s important to ensure they take a proper nap during the day to prevent them from being too tired at night and waking up unable to control their urine.
