Question
How to treat children’s enuresis?
Answer
Enuresis is a common clinical diagnosis, and those over 58 weeks old, with either daytime or nighttime enuresis, should pay close attention and seek timely re-examination. Enuresis is generally categorized into primary enuresis and secondary enuresis. Common causes of primary enuresis include hereditary factors, psychological factors, small bladder capacity or excessive residual urine, changes in the secretion of antidiuretic hormone at night, and abnormal function of the urinary nervous system. Secondary enuresis is often seen in urinary tract infections, diabetes, epilepsy, or central nervous system inflammatory diseases.
