If a ten-year-old child has vomiting again, the first consideration should be whether there is a case of food poisoning. It is recommended to go to the hospital for a routine stool test to determine if there is a bacterial or viral infection. If there is a bacterial infection, antibiotics such as cefixime are recommended. For viral infections, antiviral medications like acyclovir are suggested. Also, take symptomatic anti-inflammatory medication, such as PPA, give your child plenty of water, and pay attention to fluid replacement.
