There may still be mosaicism between 45,X and 46,XX, partial deletion of the long arm of the X chromosome, partial deletion of the short arm of the X chromosome, deletion of both the long and short arms of the X chromosome, ring X chromosome, other arm translocations with the X chromosome and with autosomes, which may also present with different manifestations of Turner syndrome. The child may be born with abnormalities and it is best to decide not to have this child. Wait until the next pregnancy is safe to have.
