The early symptoms of juvenile diabetes mainly include several manifestations: increased urination, frequent urination. Some older children, who have not wet the bed for many years, may start wetting the bed again. They often feel thirsty and may need to get up at night to drink water. Skin and genital itching or recurrent urinary tract infections are common, often accompanied by abdominal pain and vomiting. Due to insufficient eating and repeated vomiting, blood sugar levels may temporarily drop, or due to renal glucose threshold abnormalities, there may be a negative urine sugar manifestation, which is easy to lead to misdiagnosis.
