Question
How to Wean a Baby?
Answer
During the weaning period, it is recommended to first not give the baby any other complementary foods, but only feed formula milk, allowing the baby to gradually adapt. Then, gradually resume adding complementary foods. During regular feeding times, it is best to give complementary foods first, not milk, and do so an hour before the usual milk feeding time. This way, the baby will feel slightly hungry but not so hungry that they can’t eat anything. Avoid feeding when the baby is extremely hungry, as they may then only choose to drink milk.
