Therefore, for patients with stage A tumors, if the tissue structure is good, there is no lymph node metastasis, NSE and ferritin are normal, and the N-myc gene is negative, routine chemotherapy for 12 cycles after surgery is sufficient, with regional radiation therapy as necessary.
