Should my newborn receive blue light therapy for jaundice? My baby is just three days old, and the doctor said the baby’s jaundice level is over 16 points. They recommended blue light therapy to reduce the jaundice. I’m not sure if it’s advisable to use blue light therapy for a newborn with a jaundice index over 16 points.
