Question
What does growing pain feel like?
Answer
They mostly feel a tender sensation in their legs without redness or swelling, which is a special physiological phenomenon during the growth period. Most of them are children aged 3-12 with normal growth and development. The occurrence of growing pains is mainly due to the relatively large amount of physical activity of children, the rapid growth of long bones, and the unsynchronized growth and development of regional muscles and tendons, leading to physiological pain. Growing pain is temporary and will disappear over time. Don’t worry too much.
