My baby is 18 months old and can only say ‘Dad’, ‘Mom’, and a few simple words like ‘one’, ’two’, ‘hit’, and ‘shoe’. He doesn’t learn new words when I teach him. When I tell him things, he understands. What could be the reason for this situation?
